SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program description

Holy Cow Cleaning LLC, doing business as Holy Cow Cleaners (“Holy Cow Cleaners,” “we,” “us” or “our”), sends text messages (SMS) to customers and prospective customers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them. Messages include estimate and quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling updates, service and arrival updates, and customer support replies.

Consent is collected when you check the dedicated SMS consent box on a form on our website at holycowcleaners.com, when you opt in while booking through our scheduling software, or when you ask us by phone, chat or text to message you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any product or service.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. We will send one text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will not receive further text messages from us. To start receiving messages again, sign up the same way you did originally and we will resume.

3. Support

If you have trouble with our text messages, reply HELP for assistance, email contact@holycowcleaners.com, or call (984) 254-7117 during business hours (Mon–Sat 8am–6pm).

4. Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service and appointment schedule. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported carriers

Our text-message program works with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and most regional carriers.

7. Age requirement

You must be 18 years or older to take part in our text-message program.

8. Privacy

For how we handle your information, please read our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We comply with applicable laws and industry guidelines for text messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.

General Terms

Agreement to these terms

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Holy Cow Cleaning LLC, doing business as Holy Cow Cleaners. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific parts of the Site or to services we provide, including our service terms for booking, cancellations, payment and our satisfaction guarantee. Accessing the Site in any way, whether automated or manual, counts as use of the Site and agreement to these terms.

We may change these terms or add new conditions from time to time. Updates are posted on this page, and by continuing to use the Site after a change you accept the updated terms.

Intellectual property: our limited license to you

The Site and everything on it belong to Holy Cow Cleaning LLC and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided only for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not use the Site or its content in a way that infringes our rights or is not authorized by us. Unless we explicitly allow it, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit or distribute anything on the Site. You may download or print one copy of individual pages for your own non-commercial use, as long as all copyright and proprietary notices stay in place.

Your submissions: your license to us

If you send us material through the Site or other digital channels (for example comments, reviews, social media posts, photos or videos), you confirm that you own the material or have permission to share it. Parts of the Site, or the booking and payment tools we link to, may let you buy products or services through third-party vendors or payment processors. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness or reliability of third-party products or services. If you buy from a third party linked through the Site, information collected during your visit, including payment details, may be collected by both the third party and us. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that party, and Holy Cow Cleaners is not responsible for any loss or damage that results from them.

Accounts and passwords

If you are asked to register or create an account on the Site or with our booking provider, you agree to give accurate, current and complete information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, tell us right away at contact@holycowcleaners.com. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by your failure to protect your account.

Termination

We may end or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or acted inappropriately or unlawfully. If your access ends, you must stop using the Site and any content you obtained from it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, where Holy Cow Cleaners operates. Any dispute that arises under these terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Wake County, North Carolina, on an individual basis, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version is always available on our website with its effective date.
